Teepee Terms & Conditions

By paying a deposit for your booking you hereby acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions. 

Please ensure as the hirer; you will be responsible whilst hiring the equipment and ensure all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage. Please ensure all safety instructions and guides are followed. A responsible adult should always supervise the children. The individual Teepees are not suitable for outdoor use and are strictly indoor use only. We do offer bell tent hirer for outdoor sleepovers. 

 

Always ensure the equipment is not overcrowded and limit numbers. The equipment has an age restriction. No under 5 years old should use the equipment. 

 

All the equipment, duvets,pillows,bed sheets and linen will need to be returned dry. Notification of any spillages etc should be made on pickup. 

 

Please make sure the users are not pushing, colliding ,fighting, climbing or behaving in such a manner as to risk injury or cause distress to others or damage the equipment. Top tier party & event hire reserves the right to substitute hired equipment with similar types and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment.NO JUMPING ON THE AIRBEDS TO PREVENT INJURY. 

 

If the equipment is unavailable for pickup; we reserve the right to charge the hirer for extra time. We do offer extended time at an extra charge.

We offer approximately 22-24 hours overnight hire. This is dependent upon the site location and our delivery & collection routes. We will always try to give the hirer as long a period as possible. 

It is the hirer responsibility to check and ensure that they are happy with the condition and setup of the equipment before the staff member from Top Tier leaves the premises. 

 

Removal off batteries from any of our products is strictly prohibited. All fairy lights on the teepees will need to be turned off before th occupants go to sleep. 

 

No food or drink is allowed inside the Teepee. 

 

No smoking near the equipment. Keep all products/goods away from any fires and candles.

Set up & Take down 

During the setup and take down of the equipment, please so not allow anyone on, in or near the equipment until completion in case of injury. The setup and take down of equipment must only be performed by a member of Top Tier Party & Event Hire. Tampering is strictly forbidden by the children. 

Setups can take anywhere between 30 minutes-2 hours of setup depending on how many Teepees.Our take downs are a lot quicker. Please allow extra time for the setup. We do ask you to sign out Itinerary form after setup so your are of what stock you have on hirer and this will be used on collection so we can mark off all equipment so it’s all there. 

Please ensure the designated room for the sleepover is clear from any furniture before setup and hoovered and clean. If the room is not clear and we are unable to setup the sleepover; we reserve the right to come back at a later time or refuse to setup (without refund) floors must be dry and clean from any dirt or dust. 

Please do not move the teepees once they have been setup in accordance with the hirer’s instructions. It is not permitted to move the position of the teepees or to move to another room. 

Positioning/setting up of equipment; 

The hirer is responsible for indicating clearly the location for the Teepees. The Business will take extra care but shall not be liable for any damage to the site, site access, furniture or personal belongings. 

 

Shoes,glasses,sunglasses; jewelary,badges etc must not be worn whilst on the airbeds. No facepaint,slime,makeup,party poppers,confetti,coloured streamers or silly string to be used on or near the equipment. 

No sharp objects near the equipment. 

Please ensure that no pets use the teepees 

Ensure that there is at least a 2ft clearance on each side of the equipment for setup. The equipment should not be used if it becomes wet.

We the company cannot be held responsible for the safe consumption, or any issues resulting from food allergies if you purchase our sweet cones etc. 

 

It is the responsibility of you; the hirer to chaperone all staff members during setup. If a member of staff has to move furniture they are not liable for any damage occurred. 

You the hirer will take full responsibility and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur; this will include that all goods/equipment are returned in an acceptable way.
