TOP TIER PART & EVENT HIRE LTD
1.This Equipment has a maximum user height limit stated on the front, please ensure no-one over this height uses the equipment.
2.No food, drinks, gum, silly string, or party poppers near the inflatable to prevent choking and staining.
3.It is the responsibility of the person hiring our equipment to ensure all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage.
5.Anyone with a history of back problems, neck problems, heart issues, feeling unwell or pregnant are advised to not use the bouncy castles.
6. All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges & all other items from pockets MUST be removed before using the Inflatable.
7. No face paints or Glitter to be used either on or near the Inflatable.
8. No smoking/Vaping, barbeques, or flames near or on the Inflatable.
9.Please make sure you don’t overcrowd and limit numbers according to age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children using it at the same time.
10.Please do not use the inflatable during inflation or deflation.
11.Ensure suitable clothing to be worn whilst using the inflatable to prevent friction burns.
12.In the event of heavy rain or high winds above 24mph it is strongly advised that the inflatable should not be used and the motor disconnected from the mains power supply. We do supply wind monitors if we feel the wind could pick up later in the day.
13.The Bouncy castles are properly checked on collection; if this isn’t possible it will be checked back at our property,
14.If there is damage found due to not following these terms and conditions or additional cleaning is required; you will be liable for the repair/cleaning payable within 30 days of invoice.
15.It is the customers responsibility to ensure the hire equipment fits in their chosen venue/garden. Product Dimensions are available on each product listing. If you are unsure, please confirm venue/garden dimensions with your venue or call us to speak to one of the team.
16. Climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed & all slides are one way no climbing upwards, or obstructing is allowed.
17.Our team use sack barrels to transport our equipment. Please make sure the route/access to the inflatable site is 3ft wide and accessible.
18. A responsible Adult (over 18yrs) must supervise the Inflatable at all times.
19. Ensure Children Are not pushing, colliding, fighting, or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
20. No pets, toys or sharp instruments are to be taken on the inflatable.
21. If the Inflatable is not being used for any part of the hire period, please switch the blower off at the mains.
22. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step, the step is there to assist users in getting on & off!
23. Please ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that there is nothing in their pockets.
24. Ensure that the area around the inflatable is clear from any objects that could cause harm to a users falling off of the inflatable.
25. The Inflatable should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, the unit should not be used.
26. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Inflatable be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
27. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the0 inflatable immediately. CALL US FOR INSTRUCTIONS AND ADVICE!!!
. All long hair should be tied back to avoid injury.
28. Anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substances should not use this equipment for any reason.
29. The hirer takes full liability for any damage caused, or any theft of the equipment whilst on hire.
30. The equipment should not be rehired to any person or organisation unless prior written consent is received from Top Tier Party and event HIRE LTD.
31. No water devices such as water pistols, water bombs/balloons hose pipes should be used near or on the equipment.
32. Equipment that is hired for overnight must be re-erected as early possible to enable the equipment to dry off before being collected.
33. The hirer agrees to pay Top Tier party and event hire ltd in full for any equipment that is returned in a condition that is beyond repair.
34. Ensure that the air vents on the blower are kept clear from obstruction.
35. Any accidents or losses must be reported to us immediately.
36. All safety equipment provided must be worn at all times.
37. All electrical equipment is safety checked before all hires and therefore should not be altered with in any way by any person.
38. All Supplied matting, fencing, safety signs & barriers should remain in position and not be moved, ensure mats remain at the entrances of equipment
39.Abuse towards our delivery team will result in the hire equipment being removed from your event with no refund being issued.
40.We will need at least 7 days’ notice of all online bookings. If its below this time frame, please call us and we will try our best to accommodate the booking.
41.All remaining balances will need to be paid on arrival to our delivery team. We do take cash and have a card machine.
42.We may need to cancel or rearrange bookings due to adverse weather conditions. This is for the children’s safety.
43.Please ensure the inflatables are inflated for when our staff arrive to collect. So, they can carry out the relevant checks before packing away.
44.The client assumes full responsibility for any parking or traffic tickets issued to any of our vehicles. We advise that you speak with the venue before hand or give us a parking permit on arrival to prevent this happening.
45.Only our Delivery drivers are authorised to collect our equipment. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should any equipment be handed over to anybody else unless authorised by ourselves; in which case they will hand you a copy of your hire contract as proof.
46.If the customers do not inform us of a booking cancellation within 7days notice of the event date; the booking fee/deposit will not be refundable. We can however move your booking date if need be.
47.If you have any concerns/issues on the day of the event; please contact us so we can work towards a resolution for you.
48.We reserve the right to refuse hire in the event that the venue or customers property is deemed unsuitable. Please check the sizes of our equipment and make sure the access is clear of any debris, obstacles and animal waste.
49.There will be a 20% Deposit to be paid on booking: the remaining to be paid on the day to our drivers.
50.All enquiry, waiver and terms & conditions will need to be read and signed on booking.
51.Top Tier party and event hire cannot accept responsibility for any injuries or losses caused by the use of our equipment.
52.Our Inflatables are for children only unless stated they are for adult use. Under no circumstances should adults enter onto the inflatable.
53.The team have a 20 minute window wait time on arrival. If there is no answer at the address or unable to erect the product due to inaccessible access they will leave and you will be charged full amount. Once the equipment has been setup it is not be moved unless repositioned by our member of staff only.
54.No signs, balloons or bunting to be attached to the inflatable
55.All our electrics run off 13 amp plugs, all plugs and leads are supplied by us. Extreme caution is to be taken with extension cables (which are sometimes taped down and untaped at end of hire) in the event the fan overheats or lose of power please switch the blower off an call us immediately!
56.Overnight Hire-extended hire over the time limit will be an additional charge. The venue/property must be secure, fully fenced off, no public views or access, locked gates and security lights in place.
57.Ground stakes-we use 16mm x380 mm stakes. All underground services should be marked out. We take no responsibility for damage caused.
58.Risk assessments are available on request.
59.BBQs may not take place in close proximity to the inflatable.
60.Please ensure there’s adequate space for the inflatable. We require 2ft on either side of the inflatable plus 4ft of clearance behind the inflatable for the blower.
