Cancellation Policy

Booking in Advance: All bookings should be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and allow time for setup. Deposits: A 20% deposit is required at the confirmation of booking to secure your reservation. An invoice or payment link will be sent after approval. The balance is due on delivery, via cash, bank transfer or card machine. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will result in a loss of deposit. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded. Delivery & Setup: We require access to your event location at least 2-3 hours prior to the event for setup and safety checks. Insurance: All rentals are covered by our comprehensive insurance for peace of mind. Damage Policy: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment during the rental period. Additional charges may apply. More information can be found in our T&C's. Weather Conditions: In the case of unsafe weather conditions (strong winds, rain), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for safety reasons. Late Fees: Late returns or delayed pickups will incur a fee unless prearranged.
