Service Description
Introducing our delightful teepee hire service for kids! Perfect for birthday parties, sleepovers, or just a fun playdate, our magical themed teepees are sure to bring joy and excitement to your little ones. Our teepees are comfortable and cozy, providing a magical space for children to play, relax, and let their imaginations run wild. With a variety of themes and designs to choose from, there is something for every child's taste and preference. Not only are our teepees a great source of entertainment for kids, but they also add a touch of charm and magic to any event or gathering. Give your child and their friends a special experience they will never forget with our teepee experience. These are available with either a small ‘junior mattress’, or a larger ‘air bed’ mattress. Our Prices start at £40 per Teepee (Minimum booking of 2) and then £30 thereafter. This includes delivery, setup, dismantling and collection. This is for 1 night’s hire, with the option to add an extra night for just £15 for each Teepee. Provided with each teepee; Themed pillows and props, fairy lights, bed sheet, duvet & cover, throw blanket, lap table, night lights. Available Themes – Unicorns Mermaids Harry Potter Lilo & Stitch Minecraft Football Gaming Army Jungle Rainbows Available Extras – Balloon arches, personalisation, cups, gift bags, sweet cones. Note: Please contact us if you need to check measurements or space requirements, we will contact you to confirm theme.
Cancellation Policy
Booking in Advance: All bookings should be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and allow time for setup. Deposits: A 20% deposit is required at the confirmation of booking to secure your reservation. An invoice or payment link will be sent after approval. The balance is due on delivery, via cash, bank transfer or card machine. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will result in a loss of deposit. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded. Delivery & Setup: We require access to your event location at least 2-3 hours prior to the event for setup and safety checks. Insurance: All rentals are covered by our comprehensive insurance for peace of mind. Damage Policy: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment during the rental period. Additional charges may apply. More information can be found in our T&C's. Weather Conditions: In the case of unsafe weather conditions (strong winds, rain), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for safety reasons. Late Fees: Late returns or delayed pickups will incur a fee unless prearranged.
